Who we are
Marc Van Acker was a partner of Condominium NV in Belgium until 2017, where the company delivered more than 2,000 residential units across the Antwerp region and Ghent. Since relocating to the Costa del Sol, his work through Five Star Group has centred on hotel, villa and masterplan development in and around Marbella.
Founder
Built his record over two decades in Belgium before moving to the Costa del Sol. He leads acquisition and sets the direction of every scheme in the portfolio.
Partner
Joined as partner in 2026. An economics graduate of Eindhoven University, Raf spent twenty years reworking buildings in the Netherlands — turning tired, ageing stock into modern apartments, again and again. That instinct for what a building can become is what he brings to Marbella.
Technical director
Holds a master's in economics and real estate, with years of project management in London and in Spain. Miguel is the engine behind our delivery standards: as project manager of Palo Alto he saw through one of the largest residential developments Marbella has built.
Right now
Four schemes in build on the Costa del Sol — 62 homes across villas, townhouses and apartments — with a fifth consented and pending at Atalaya. Bilba is our construction partner throughout.

A large single plot subdivided into fourteen individual plots, each developed as a detached villa. Groundworks are underway, with Bilba appointed for construction.
Townhouses · Under construction
Twenty-three attached houses of distinctive design, each with its own private pool and supported by extensive shared amenities. Groundworks have started with Bilba appointed for the full construction.
Apartments · Under construction
An exclusive group of twenty-four residences on the southern slopes of the Real de La Quinta resort, designed by González & Jacobson. Ground-floor, first-floor and penthouse types run from 211 to over 350 m², each with generous terraces and its own private pool, and never more than six residences to a block. The views carry from La Concha across the Sierra de las Nieves to the coast.
Villa · Under construction
A single contemporary villa on the beachfront. Stacked white volumes open straight out to the sand, wrapped around a full-length pool terrace with an outdoor kitchen and shaded lounge, and a first-floor suite that takes the sea head-on.
